NextComputing announced the new NextDimension RVE (Real-time Video Editing) portable video editing workstation. The briefcase-sized NextDimension RVE is powered by single or dual Intel Xeon Quad-Core 2.5GHz processor, up to 4GB of RAM, up to 1.28TB storage with RAID, NVIDIA GeForce or NVIDIA Quadro FX graphic card.
It comes with a built-in 17-inch 1920×1200 HD display. You can find fpur USB 2.0, a FireWire 400, two Ethernet ports and two eSATA ports for external storage.
NextDimension RVE comes with a convenient travel case with leather handle. It runs Windows XP Pro.
