MTI Micro introduces the new Mobion fuel cell charge that comes with a removable cartridge that can be swapped for a new one when depleted. The removable cartridge offers 25 Watt-hours of power.
The new Mobion power pack, which include the Mobion charge and a removable cartridge, has a USB interface allowing it to recharge mobile phones, cameras, media players or other portable devices. The Mobion power solution is based on 100% methanol fuel, passive, direct methanol fuel cell technology.
MTI Micro has planned to release the product by the end of 2009.
