Acer announced the new K10 DLP-based pico projector. Acer’s K10 uses LED lamps that has a estimated 20,000 life and lower energy consumption level. The Acer K10 is based on Texas Instruments DLP technology.
The K10 offers widescreen and 4:3 SVGA resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio and up to 60-inch image at 2.4 meter. The K10 can also be forced to display SXGA and WXGA+ images. It accepts D-Sub VGA, and S-video inputs.
To be launched in January 2009, the expected price is about GBP 299.
