Nextar introduces the Q4-01 and Q4-02 GPS navigation devices. They have similar features such as a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, voice-guided directions with turn-by-turn voice prompts, stereo speakers, 2D and 3D map-viewing modes with built-in compass and a SD card slot. Other than GPS functions, they can also play MP3 music and JPEG images.
The Nextar Q4-01 comes with NAVTEQ’s map data if 50 staets and 1.6 million points of interest, while the Nextar Q4-02 includes also maps for Canada and Puerto Rico and 6 million points of interest.
The Nextar Q4-01 are priced at $299 while the Nextar Q4-02 has a suggested price of $399.
