Seabright SBE-PC430 is an ultra small laptop from China. This UMPC comes with no keyboard but a D-pad and four button, which is more like a portable gaming device. You have the option, though, to connect an external keyboard.
Seabright SBE-PC430Â is powered by a Samsung 2443A 533MHZ processor, 128MB of RAM, 1GB to 4GB of flash memory. It features a 4.3-inch 480×272 LCD display and runs WinCE 5.0 OS.
