Vuzix is going to ship onm 15 October its iWear AV310 Widescreen lightweight wearable display unit. The iWear AV310 is able to deliver a virtual 52-inch 16:9 widescreen display as seen from nine feet.
The iWear AV310 support Composite video input and accepts both NTSC or PAL audio/video inpout sources. It works well with aslo iPod touch, iPod classic, iPod video, iPod nano 3G.
The device features the AccuTilt viewer pivots up to 15 degrees for optimum viewing angle and clarity, support for both 16:9 and 4:3 screen format, removable earphone and adjustable, hypo-allergenic nosepiece.
Vuzix iWear AV310 Widescreen is priced at #249.95 USD.
