Lenovo introduces in Baltimore its ThinkPads that has integrated WiMAX support, including the X301, T400, SL500 and SL300. All of them are designed to work with Sprint’s new XOHM 4G wireless broadband network and will be available on in Baltimore, where the XOHM is launched.
These new WiMAX laptops are mostly based on Intel’s Centrino 2 processor technology and comes with Intel’s combo WiFi/WiMAX , Echo Peak, module. Lenovo is going to release more WiMAX laptops later this year including ThinkPad X200, W700, W500 and SL400, and the IdeaPad Y530.
