Samsung adds two models to its Q1 UMPC line up, the Q1UP-V and Q1U-CMXP. The Samsung Q1UP-V is a U1 Ultra Premium running the Windows Vista Business OS. It is powered by an Intel Core Solo U1500 1.33GHz processor and 2GB of RAM. It supports WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth and 10/100 BaseTX LAN connectivity.
On the other hand, the Q1U-CMXP features an integrated HSDPA 3G cellular modem supporting the AT&T Broadband Connect network. Based on the Q1 Ultra XP model, the Q1U-CMXP comes with an Intel A110 Processor 800MHz processor and 1GB of memory. In addition to HSDPA, the UMPC supports also WiFi, Bluetooth and LAN like the Q1UP-V.
Both UMPCs have 1.3 mega pixel camera. The suggested price for the new UMPCs are $1,499 for the Q1U-CMXP and $1,449 for the Q1UP-V.
