In addition to the X200 of the ThinkPad series, Lenovo also introduces several new models for its newly developed IdeaPad lineup, including the UU330, Y430, Y530, and Y730.
The IdeaPad U330 is powered by Intel’s Centrino technology and comes with optional built-in DVD burner, touch-sensitive controls, Dolby Home Theatre and LED backlit display. It is as thin as 0.9-inch. It offers the of VeriFace facial recognition technology for better security.
The Y430 and Y530 are also Intel-powered. They will be available in black or a new red textured design. Users can get the optional Blu-Ray DVD players.
The new IdeaPad Y730 is to replace the popular Y710 notebook. Powered by Intel’s processor, the Y730 features two 320GB hot-swappable hard drives, touch sensitive controls, Dolby Home Theatre, One-Key Rescue System, VeriFace facial recognition, support for HDMI and an optional Blu-Ray DVD player. It has a frameless screen.
