Sprint released few phones that support Nextel Direct Connect based on Qualcomm QChat. The Nextel Direct Connect phones include Samsung Z400, LG LX400, Sanyo PRO-200 and PRO-700.
The Samsung Z400 is a rugged mobile phone that is 100% shock, dust resistance. The Z400 clamshell comes with a 1.3 Megapixel camera with 2x digital zoom. The Direct Connect is the fastest push-to-talk network from Nextel. Z400 supports also GPS navigation. It costs $99.99 from Nextel.
LG LX400 has a 1.3 Megapixl camera, and GPS. It comes with also noise reduction technology. It is priced at $79.99.
Sanyo’s PRO-200 is a simple phone with Bluetooth while the PRO-700 is a rugged phone with military standards certification for shock, dust and vibration. They are priced at $49.99 and $79.99 respectively.
