Digifriends is going to launch soon its MID through Sprint and NextWave. The Digitfriends MID features a 4.8-inch 1024 x 600 touchscreen display, a 2 Megapixel camera and a VGA camera for video calls.
It is powered by an Intel Silverthorne 1.2Ghz processor, Poulsbo US15 chipset, 1GB of RAM, 30GB-60GB storage. The device supports 802.16e mobile WiMAX (2.3 to 2.5GHz), WiBro (KT), 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and terrestrial DMB (DVB-H, 1-Seg). It can run Windows Vista, Windows XP or Linux OS.
A variety of accessories are available for this MID, including a QWERTY keyboard with a built-in battery extender, a stereo speaker attachment, and GPS attachment.
