DisplayLink and EVGA has teamed up to offer the new generation of affordable USB graphics adapters (UGAs), the UV Plus+ Family. There are two models, the UV12 and UV16 and both of them are based on DisplayLink’s technology that enables Windows XP and Vista users to quickly and easily connect multiple displays to a PC or notebook via simple USB connection.
The UV12 can deliver up to 1280 x 1024 (1440 x 900 widescreen) while the UV16 offers displays up to 1600 x 1200 (1680 x 1050 widescreen). Users can connect up to 4 display to a single PC.
Both of them are expected to be priced below $100.
