Zibri from the ZiPhone has found a clue in the codes of the latest iPhone firmware beta, showing that a new 3G iPhone is coming soon. According to Zibri, “SGOLD3″which is the codename for Infineon’s PMB8878 has been found in the source code.
Infineon’s SGOLD3 chipset is capable in handing 3G, 3.5G HSDPA, DVB-H module, 5 Megapixel camera module, and 2x speed SD card interface.
