Intel announced that its budget cost Classmate PC will soon be available in the US and Europe market. The Classmate is currently available in the Philippines and India. This sub-$300 is going to compete with the popular eeePC from Asus.
Intel’s Classmate PC is powered by Intel’s Celeron M mobile processor, 256BM RAM, 2GB flash storage. It features a 7-inch LCD screen, WiFi 802.1b/g and Ethernet connectivity.
