Lenovo introduces its new laptop and desktop brands, the IdeaPad and IdeaStation. Not much info is available for IdeaStation but there are 3 models for the IdeaPad laptop line. The 3 models are the gaming Y710, Y510 and ultra-portable U110. All of them will be available in April with features like facial recognition application, VeriFace, media keys.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Y710 will be powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.5GHz processor, up to 4GB of RAM, up to 500GB hard drive and ATI Mobility Radeon HD2600, graphic card. It has a Blu-ray drive that can burn CD and dual layer DVD, a 1.3 Megapixel webcam and supports WiFi,
The Lenovo IdeaPad Y510 features an Intel Core 2 Duo T5550 1.83GHz processor, integrated Intel GMA X3100 graphic card, up to 4GB RAM and 250GB hard drive. It comes with a Dual Layer DVD burner, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n connectivity and a 1.3 Megapixel webcam.
The ultra-portable Lenovo IdeaPad U110 will have a 11-inch CCFL display with 1280×800 resolution.
