SanDisk introduced its new 8GB Ultra II SDHC (SD High Capacity) memory card. With 8GB of capacity, the card can store up to 4,000 high-resolution pictures or up to 15 hours of MPEG 4 video. Meeting the SD 2.0 specifications, it feature 9MB/s write and 10MB/s read speeds.
The 8GB Ultra II card is priced at US$239.99 and it will come with a free MicroMate USB 2.0 reader which normally costs US19.99. You can get one in June.
