SanDisk to ship low-end MP3 player in October

SanDisk is going to ship in Europe and the US its low-end MP3 players, the 1GB C240 and 2GB C250, in October. Both players has a 1.4in, 128 x 98 color display,built-in FM Radio, a microphone for voice recording and a MicroSD slot for expansion. The player weighs only 43g and measures 7.8 x 3.3 x 1.5cm and it plays MP3s, plus WMA and WMA DRM files.

The 1GB model will be priced at $80 (£42), the 2GB player for $100 (£53).
