Sanyo launches 4 new DLP projectors with the 2K technology.
LP-HD2000 (2048×1080),
the LP-WP80 (1366×768),
the LP-XF46 (1024×768) and
the LP-XP57 (1024×768).

For the high-end model LP-HD2000, it supports 1080i and has a ratio of 1000:1 for 7000 lumens but it costs over 105 000 EUR

2K refers to images with 2048 horizontal pixel resolution.
