Samsung D808 (and also D528) are claimed by Samsung as the world’s thinnest GSM Slider phones. They are only 14.9mm thick. It is the GSM version of Samsung’s SPH-8900.
The phone has a 2.12-inch 262K colors 240 x 320 pixels TFT, an 1.3 Megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, video recording functionality, 80MB internal memory and a music player supports MP3, AAC, AAC+ and WMA music files.
The phone has also a document viewer which supports WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, TXT, PDF files. It supports Bluetooth v.1.2 PictBridge, USB. The D808 measures 97 x 52 x 14.9 mm and weighs 98g. It is now selling in Hong Kong with suggested price HKD$3480(~$449USD)
The Samsung D828 looks similar to D808. They have only a few differences.
The camera in D828 is rotatable, D828 supports EDGE and MicroSD and D828 is a bit thicker (15.2mm). Other features of D828 are exactly the same as D808.
D828 measures 99 x 51 x 15.2 mm and weighs 99g.
