Modular PC maker Xi3 announced its ChromiumPC modular computer, which is the world’s first desktop computer running Google Chrome OS. The ChromiumPC is actually a version of the company’s Xi3 Modular Computer. It is housed in an aluminum chassis that holds three small but interconnected boards (or modules – The Processor Module, The Primary I/O Module and the Seconadry I/O Module.
The Xi3 ChromiumPC is powered by a dual- or single-core 64-bit, x86-based processor with integrated graphics. It measures 4.0- x 3.656- x 3.656-inches and is available in multiple colors, including a chrome-plated chassis.
