TomTom announced the PRO 9150 portable all-in-one fleet management GPS system that requires no installation and can be moved easily among vehicles in a fleet. The device features a 5-inch 480×272 capacitive touchscreen, 8GB internal memory, Bluetooth for hands-free calling, integrated GSM connectivity and battery that is enough for up to 2 hours of autonomous operation.
The PRO 9150 includes improved route guidance and real-time traffic updates with TomTom HD Traffic to save drivers’ time on the road as well as advanced lane guidance, Eco Routes and voice recognition. It supports TomTom’s LIVE services and works with TomTom WORKsmart solution to deliver vehicle tracking, job dispatch, time management, eco driving and management reporting tools via a TomTom WEBFLEET subscription. The GPS device comes pre-loaded with maps fo the US, Canada and Mexico.
The TomTom PRO 9150 will be available in Q2 2011.
