XDA Developers has posted a bunch of pictures of the rumored Samsung Nexus S running the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. Pictures show a curved and thin device. It is powered by dual core Samsung Orion 1Ghz Cortex A9 processor, 512MB of RAM and 1GB or 2GB internal storage.

The Nexus S has a 4-inch 800×480 Super AMOLED2 touchscreen and a camera with flash and 720p video recording.
