NewerTechnology introduces the new Guardian MAXimus mini RAID-1 mirror storage system, following the company’s original Guardian MAXimus. The system offers quad-interface, including FireWire 800/400, USB 2.0 and eSATA. It comes pre-set for MAXProtect RAID 1 mode and users can switch to MAXPerform RAID 0 mode via front panel menu.
The Guardian MAXimus mini packs up to two 750GB 5400RPM hard drives or up to dual 400GB SSDs, and offers up to 30MB/s transfer speed. The system comes with Intech Hard Disk SpeedTools Utilities for Mac, NovaStor NovaBACKUP Solution, ProSoft Engineering Data Backup 3 and Carbon Copy Cloner software.
The prices of Guardian MAXimus mini storage system range from $249.99 for two 500GB HDD to $3299.99 for two 400GB SSD.
